Stella Ihenacho serves as Director of Operations at NSTAR Technologies. Her responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of NSTAR Technologies and its various components, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Developing and assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with NSTAR Technologies to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Overseeing the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, promotion, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution; evaluating performance and making recommendations for personnel actions; motivating employees to achieve peak productivity and performance

- Masters in Business and HR – MBA from The University of Wales Cardiff
- Bachelors of Science – BSc Biochemistry from Covenant University
She has over 7 years of project management experience and vast experience working for some highly reputable organizations in the United States and United Kingdom, some of which include Spacepointe LLC and the London School of Business and Finance.
